Cities are simultaneously massive and microscopic objects. Their influence stretches across scales too big for us to understand and too small for us to see.
Socio-geographic mapping of the GTA and Kingston (my hometown) revealed surprising similarities. To borrow Timothy Morton’s term, they are strange strangers. I produced a podcast to investigate qualitative characteristics of both cities that are not captured in GIS.
